Dampak Latihan Sprint Interval Training Selama 8 Minggu terhadap Peningkatan Kapasitas Aerobik Maksimal

چکیده

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak sprint interval training terhadap peningkatan kapasitas aerobik maksimal (VO2Max). One group pretest-posttest design diterapkan dalam dimana sejumlah 25 orang mahasiswa mengikuti serangkaian latihan selama 8 minggu dengan 3 sesi di setiap minggunya. Berdasarkan hasil paired sample t-test, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata VO2Max (ml/kg/min) yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment (P<0.05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa memberikan VO2Max.
